Dr. Irwin Jao has extensive business expertise in a number of high-technology fields. Dr. Jao is currently CEO of DigiCube Technology, a leading electronics manufacturer. Previously Dr. Jao was responsible for the development and assessment of investments in the greater China area at Pac-Link Management in Taipei, Taiwan. He holds directorships at Sotac Technology, OrgChem Technology, Tyohm Electronic, Taiwan Acceptance, and Power Quotient International. Dr. Jao is also an advisor to National Petroleum.
In 1988, Dr. Jao received his MBA from National Cheng Chi University. In 1992, he was granted a scholarship by Taiwan's Ministry of Education and attended the London Business School, where he earned his PhD. Dr. Jao was an Associate Professor at National Dong Hwa University's Institute of International Business, where he taught for four years. He is currently a part-time Associate Professor at National Cheng Chi University, teaching Entrepreneurship and Venture Management at the EMBA program.
Michael Cabot is the vice president of marketing and communications at Visionael. In this role, Cabot leads Visionael's marketing efforts, which include a wide range of growth activities designed to identify and capture market opportunities, develop and communicate Visionael's value proposition, manage go-to-market activities, and strengthen the Visionael brand.
Prior to his position at Visionael, Cabot was director of communications at Nokia, where he successfully helped reposition Nokia as a leader in secure business mobility and remote working. Cabot has also held senior management positions in marketing and communications at Palm, Reebok, Sony, and Sanyo.
Cabot earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science/International Relations from the University of Cincinnati, Institute of Political Science-Paris, and University of Paris, France.
