Michael Raven established his private legal and business consulting practice in 2005. Mr. Raven advises private and public companies with respect to corporate structures, mergers, acquisitions, financing and corporate governance. His clients are drawn from industries as diverse as mining, entertainment and technology.
Mr. Raven obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History (with honours) from the University of British Columbia in 1995 and received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria in 1998, graduating in the top five per cent of his class.
