Our support staff is familiar with your solution and works out of our head office, together with our Quality Assurance and Professional Services team. Any issue that arises, we are on-hand to fix it for you as soon as possible.

Basic Support Package

Vitrium’s Basic Support Package is included on all versions of Vitrium Security, for as long as you are our customer. It includes taking the steps necessary to ensure that your solution works how it is supposed to. We guarantee email support with a one to two business days response time, but it will likely be much faster than that.

Elite Support Package

Vitrium’s Elite Support Package includes all the elements of the Basic Support Package in addition to phone support and same day response to any issue that may arise.

Support for Users and Audience

We provide you with extensive documentation, error code guides, and steps to take to ensure you are able to support the audience that accesses your secured content. In your Vitrium Security administrative portal you will find the tools necessary to provide the best experience for the users of your content. If you have a document you cannot unlock, please contact the publisher of the document or the company who sent you the document. Vitrium provides the DRM technology used to secure the document but we are unable to assist you opening the document as there may be certain policies applied that only the publisher or creator of the document will know.

If You Have a Document You Cannot Unlock

Please contact the publisher of the document or the company who sent you the document. Vitrium provides the DRM technology used to secure the document but we are unable to assist you opening the document as there may be certain policies applied that only the publisher or creator of the document will know.
