With the Vitrium portal, you can customize the domain URL, add your company's brand colors and logo, enable self-service registration, and choose from other options.
Benefits of Using the Portal
Quick Set Up and Deployment. The Vitrium secure portal can be set up very quickly in the Portal Settings of your Vitrium account and it can become a quick and cost-efficient way for you to distribute your content without having to design your own! When you sign up for a trial of Vitrium, your sales rep will often set up the portal for you but it's also easy to make changes to and there are numerous options that can simply be turned off or on.
Customized to Match Your Brand. The Vitrium portal can be customized in many ways to match your company brand. Customize the domain, add your company logo, change the banner, button, and folder colors to match your color scheme. Add your own text or messaging. Add images to your folders to give them some pop! Content tiles appear with your title page as the thumbnail image but you can also change this if you prefer.
One Portal but Different Content for Different Users. Using Vitrium's DRM controls and permission assignments, you can change what content different users see in your secure portal, using the same portal!
