New IP Addresses
Impacts to Vitrium Enterprise Customers That Use External Service
All external services communication will now be from IP 48.195.144.10 starting July 3rd, 2026. These are integration web services that integrate/connect to your back-end systems and implement SSO and/or authorization of users to your content. In other cases, it might be a custom content management interface to your LMS.
If you are unsure whether your account uses an external service, you can check in the Vitrium Administration UI under SETTINGS > Integration Settings. The new IPs are listed below in bold.

End users that have whitelisted Vitrium’s or your sub-domain will NOT be impacted by these changes.
The IP address changes may only impact a very small handful of end users who had IT departments that whitelisted our IPs for web viewer or protected PDF, though most would likely have whitelisted Vitrium’s domain or your sub-domain. Regardless, we encourage you to keep this information on hand in case your support teams need it. The new IP addresses are listed below in bold.

Next Up: Rollout of our New Automated SSL Certification Process
*Only applicable to customers that customize the web viewer or portal URL.
Once we are fully migrated to the new environment, Vitrium will finalize our plans to contend with the SSL/TLS certificate lifespans that are being reduced, from the current maximum of 398 days to 200 days starting March 15, 2026, with a further reduction to 47 days by 2029.
Our new automated SSL certificate process will include the following:
- Adding a new section for you to manage this process in the Vitrium Admin UI
- Allowing you to upload & self-manage your SSL certificates
- Starting to utilize Let’s Encrypt for the automatic SSL certificate renewal process
