Full Stack Software Engineer

About You

You are a superbly talented full-stack developer with expertise in .Net C#, React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and relational databases, especially Microsoft T-SQL. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and use your voice to advocate for what we build and how we build it - everyone has a voice at Vitrium!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality code
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to discuss work progress and plan future sprints 
  • Use the company’s JIRA system to track tasks & projects
  • Use the company’s GIT repository for managing code
  • Establish and follow best practices for building coding
  • Build reusable components & ensure your code is well documented 
  • Look for ways to improve Vitrium's software for usability & efficiency
  • Assist in architecting, implementing, and testing new features
  • Assist with debugging & fixing software defects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with .Net C# and MS T-SQL
  • 3 years of React.js, Angular.js, Vue.js or other front-end frameworks
  • Previous experience working in an agile / scrum environment
  • Previous experience using JIRA, GIT, or related programs  

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Some experience with C++, PHP, Node.Js or other back-end code
  • Some experience with Bootstrap
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies
  • Technical writing and maintaining API documentation
