The 503 Service Unavailable error (as seen below) is a common server error. It means the Vitrium server is offline, either for a scheduled maintenance window, a release or hot fix being deployed, or due to another issue.
Vitrium has a robust monitoring and alerting system on its servers that operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, so numerous people on the Vitrium team have been alerted about this issue and working to restore the server.
Suggested action
If you have not received a notice about a scheduled maintenance window and the issue persists for longer than 5 minutes, please send a support ticket to Vitrium.
