If you have exhausted all efforts to support your customer or end user and you still cannot help them access your content, then you may contact the Vitrium support team by calling us or submitting a support ticket.
When you do contact us, please provide us with as much information as possible:
- Who is/are the user(s) that are affected?
- What is the issue the end user is facing?
- If possible, include details about what is happening and what is expected to happen.
- What is the name of the content in question?
- How are they trying to access the content:
- Using the web viewer on a browser?
- Using the protected PDF with Adobe or another app?
- What troubleshooting steps have already been taken?
- Whenever possible, include full screen screenshots. This helps give us important visual context to help identify issues quicker (includes things such as the address bar in browsers, and other app/screen details when the content is up).
