 Error 7rp: Forced Password Reset

The user needs to change their password before accessing the content.

There is only 1 way to fix this issue:
The user will need to change their password before they can access their content
as a Vitrium administrator has selected the “Force Password Reset” function.

When this option is selected, an end user will be prompted to change their password upon successful login. This is not something they can skip past. While your portal customization will look different, end users will see something similar to the screenshot below with instructions. Once they enter a new password they will be prompted to login again with their new credentials.
