Error vc3: Exceeded Device Limit
The user has exceeded the device limit that is set in the associated DRM policy.
No action required unless you do NOT suspect fraud or misuse. This means Vitrium's DRM is working as the user has exceeded the number of devices allotted to them for that content, according to the "Device Limit" setting in the DRM policy that has been assigned to them. If you do NOT suspect fraud or misuse and you are authorized to do so, you may clear their usage or increase the device limit. To clear use, go to the Users tab in Vitrium and click the 'Clear Use' icon beside the user in question (click here for full instructions, or watch the video below). To change the DRM setting, go to the Settings tab, then find the associated DRM policy setting and increase the device limit. Be aware that this change will affect all other users who have been assigned that same DRM policy.
