w29 (No Permission)

 Error W29: No Permission

The user does not have permission to the content or has not been set up correctly in Vitrium or the system you have Vitrium integrated with.

Review info in Vitrium or your other system. Check to make sure the user has been assigned permission (with a DRM policy) to access the content in question.

  • If you manage users in Vitrium
Go to the Content tab and check the permissions at the content level or folder level, or wherever you normally assign permission. If they are assigned, check to make sure there is also a DRM policy assigned as well.
  • If you manage users in another system that’s integrated with Vitrium
Check the permissions in that system or ask the developer who did your integration to check the code.
