Web Viewer Controls

Control what toolbars or other web viewer functions a user can see in Vitrium's DRM Policy Settings.

  1. In Vitrium, go to the SETTINGS tab
  2. Click DRM Policy Settings
  3. Open or create a new DRM Policy Setting and you can turn off or on the following functions:

  • Free hand highlights & pen
  • Text overlays
  • Sticky notes
  • Shapes
  • Measure 
  • Accessibility
  • Outlines
  • Search
  • Page orientation

  • Offline Access
  • Allow protected PDF downloads

The "Web Viewer Controls" feature is only available to Vitrium Enterprise accounts or Vitrium Pro accounts that have the “Advanced DRM” add-on feature.
