Adding Staff Users

Staff Users are the Vitrium administrators who can log into Vitrium and perform various admin functions such as:

• Adding content, users & groups
• Assigning permissions to content
• Managing settings
• Viewing user activity & analytics reports

To add a new Staff User:

1. In Vitrium, go to SETTINGS
2. Click Staff Users
3. Click ADD STAFF
   
4. Enter the following information on the 'Add Administrator' screen, then click SAVE & EXIT (for Enterprise accounts, you need to ensure you assign a Staff Role by clicking the + symbol)
   

A Staff User can also be an End User, but you would need to add them separately as an end user in the Users tab.
